Since the first moment we had The Rack on our studio floor, our host Kyle Merlot not only loved it, he swears by it. The popular TV personality now includes 10 minutes of "Rack-Time" in his morning ritual, and he has never felt better.
It's very easy to use. Kyle's wife helps him to apply the comfortable neck harness and arms straps. Once strapped him, he can lean back and become inverted. To initiate the health stretchs detailed in The Rack's Pocket Guide, just have someone turn the Rack Expansion Wheel.
